THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED AND RESIDING THEREIN AT TIME OF ENTRY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED. GRACE HILL MEDIA IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH WALT DISNEY PICTURES OR BOLT. WALT DISNEY PICTURES AND BOLT ARE NOT PARTICIPANTS OR SPONSORS OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

  1. Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Grace Hill Media, Inc. 12211 Huston Street, Valley Village, CA 91607 ("Sponsor").

  2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of November 13, 2008. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor's parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and their immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) and household members are NOT eligible to enter. Subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

  3. Timing: The Bolt to the Movies ("Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 14, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 24, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received prior to or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

  4. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  5. How to Enter: go to www.bolttothemovies.com, and complete and thereafter transmit the entry form, including your answers to all five (5) trivia questions (each, a "Question"), your full name, email address, zip code and phone number ("Online Entry"). You need not answer each Question correctly, however, you must answer all Questions in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Any incomplete Entries will be deemed void. All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 24, 2008.Limit one (1) Online Entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes. Online Entries from the same person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified.

    Each Entrant will receive an email confirmation once they have successfully entered online using the method described above ("Confirmation Email"). Each Confirmation Email will contain a unique URL ("Link") that entrant may send to their friends and family inviting them to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrant will receive ten (10) additional entries for each person that enters the Sweepstakes using the forwarded Link ("Refer-A-Friend Entries"). There is no limit to the number of Refer-A-Friend Entries per person during the Sweepstakes.

  6. Drawing: On or about November 24, 2008, Sponsor will select one (1) Potential Grand Prize Winner and (5) Potential First Runner-Up Winners in a random drawing from among all Online and Refer-A-Friend Entries (collectively, "Entries") received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

  7. Notification of Potential Winners: Potential Winner(s) will be notified by telephone or e-mail ("Prize Notification") on or about November 25, 2008. Except where prohibited, a Potential Winner or, if a Potential Winner is a minor, his/her parent or guardian, may be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within fourteen (14) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (collectively, the "Release") in order to claim his/her prize. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if a Potential Winner (or his/her parent or guardian if Potential Winner is a minor) fails to sign and return his/her Release or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected at random from among all remaining eligible Entries. Return of any Prize Notification or Release will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Potential Winner. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

  8. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a private screening with up to 200 guests at a theatre chosen by the Sponsor. All reasonable attempts will be made to select a theatre near winner’s residence. Winner will have a choice of the following dates: December 2, 3 or 4, 2008. All other expenses, including transportation to and from the theatre, food and beverages, are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value of the prize is $2,000. Five (5) Runner-Up Prizes. Each winner will receive 4 tickets to see Bolt. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value is $40. Tickets must be redeemed during the theatrical run of the movie. Tickets must be redeemed at a movie theatre that works with Fandango.com or Movietickets.com.

    Specifics of prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize (or prize element) of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If prize value exceeds $600 winner(s) will be required to provide his/her Social Security Number to Sponsor for the purpose of reporting the value of their prize winnings to the IRS to comply with federal law. Such winner(s) may receive a 1099 MISC form from Sponsor. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited, and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If a prize element is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded.

  9. Use of Entrant's Contact Information: Any contact information collected from entrants will be shared with its promotional partners. CBN.com, Hollywoodjesus.com, beliefnet.com and crosswalk.com. The information they receive will be subject to their respective privacy policies, which policies are set forth at their websites.

  10. Miscellaneous: In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e- mail address. Sponsor may request Potential Winner to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If, in Sponsor's sole discretion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, any violation of these Official Rules, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes or none of them, from among all non-suspect Entries received as of the date of such termination or suspension.

    Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law. Failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of the foregoing, or any other provision of these Official Rules.

  11. Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant (or such entrant's parent/legal guardian if such entrant is a minor) agrees (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents ("Released Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize or any portion thereof; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by prize supplier that are sent along with prize; (c) if selected as a winner, to the posting of such entrant's name on www.bolttothemovies.com and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

  12. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Entries in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor does not assume responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

  13. Governing Law: Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of law. All suits or claims brought in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in Los Angeles.

  14. Winners List: For a list of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Grace Hill Media, Attn: Bolt to the Movies Winners List, 12211 Huston Street, Valley Village, CA 91607, between November 25, 2008 and December 10, 2008. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
